AREA SALES MANAGER 100% (W/M)
The Area Sales Manager that we are looking for, is an high-energy person, who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of company trends, the Area Sales Manager will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.
Area Sales Manager may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication skills.
Successful Area Sales Manager will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
● Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
● Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
● Manage direct sales of products and services.
● Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
● Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
● Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
● Supporting Sales Director to prepare strategies and setting quotas.
● Staying current on companyofferings and trends.
● Maintaining a database of contact information.
● Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
● Handling complaints and negotiations.
● 3-6 years as an account/sales manager/new business development or related role in a client services organization.
● Proven track record of growing sales/new business.
● BA required, MBA is an asset.
● German mother tongue or fluent, English and Italian strong written and verbal communication skills.
● French are big plus.
● Able to initiate opportunities from scratch with a proven sales methodology.
● Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.
● Flexibility and versatility to approach a variety of different business scenarios.
● Digital or Advertising background.
● Willing to travel.
